From a tender age Jessy fell in love with horses and cowboys. Like most boys, he played cowboys and indians and dreamed of one day mounting a horse dressed in cowboy splendor.

Though he never became a true cowboy, he was able to realize his boyhood dreams through riding and by learning to train them from a young age, at his grandparent's ranch.
He has also fulfilled his dream through painting - "The Cowboy Way" captures the beauty, grace, and strength of horses, accentuating a mastery of the horses psyche which has been able to exquisitely capture on canvas. "The Cowboy Way" also reflects a reverence for the old American cowboy way of life.
